個人賽8公里 基本捐款港幣$300
青年個人賽8公里 基本捐款港幣$200
隊制4人賽(每人8公里) 基本捐款港幣$1,200
親子2人賽(每人2公里) 基本捐款港幣$400

比賽時限：須於 90分鐘內完成賽事

請即參加，參加組別分為男女子個人賽、青年個人賽、隊制4人賽及親子2人賽。只需填妥一份報名表格，於截止日期前連同捐款交回本會便可。

挑戰賽目的
聖雅各福群會慈惠計劃籌募經費，藉以協助本港弱勢群體，並填補現有社會服務不足。慈惠計劃包括「眾膳坊食物銀行」、「助學改變未來」、「電器贈長者」、「惠澤社區藥房」等。

機構簡介
聖雅各福群會為一非牟利社會服務機構，1949年由聖公會何明華會督在灣仔創辦，致力扶助「軟弱和貧窮人」，推動助人自助。每日透過港九新界58個服務點，為兒童、青年、家庭、露宿者、弱能人士及長者等超過一萬名人士提供協助。本會積極開拓關懷基層市民的服務，包括全港首間食物銀行眾膳坊、認知障礙症支援服務、惠澤社區藥房及社會企業等，務求填補現有服務縫隙，為有需要人士提供優質服務。

Race Purpose
By organizing our race event, proceeds after deducting costs will be allocated to support St. James’Settlement Charity Projects such as Hong Kong’s first “People’s Food Bank”, “Grant-in-aid” Brightens Children’s Lives Charity Project, Electrical Appliances for the Elderly Programme, Philanthropic Community Pharmacy etc.

St. James’ Settlement
Founded by the Rt. Rev. Bishop R.O. Hall of the Anglican Church in 1949, St. James’ Settlement is a non-profit social service agency in Wan Chai committed to serve the poor and the weak and enable them to help themselves. Over 12,000 service users, including children, youngsters, families, street sleepers, persons with disabilities and the elderly are served daily by our 58 service centers in HK Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. We are keen to fill social service gaps by developing new services such as Hong Kong’s first “People’s Food Bank”, Dementia Care Support Service, Philanthropic Community Pharmacy and Social Enterprise.

注意事項 Remarks

• 參賽者須確保身體狀況良好並適合參加本次賽事。
• 大會已為參賽者購買第三者保險。如有需要，跑手可自行購買個人及其它相關保險。
• 所有參賽者不能與他人轉換參賽組別，轉換或轉售號碼布及計時晶片。
• 如參賽者虛報個人資料，大會有權取消其資格及成績，已報名之捐款將不獲發還。
• 大會保留修改及解釋所有條款之最終權利。賽事不接受任何即場報名或逾期報名。未達基本捐款之報名表格將不予受理。
• 若於比賽當日上午６時或以後懸掛或公佈將懸掛以下信號，活動將會取消，基本捐款及其他捐款不作退款；信號包括：紅色或黑色暴雨警告信號(親子二人賽當黃色或以上暴雨警告信號便取消)、八號或以上之颱風信號。若大會認為活動當日天氣不宜作賽，大會將保留取消活動之權利。
• 以上所有已收集之個人資料，只會用作本挑戰賽之報名、活動籌備及宣傳之用。大會將保留閣下部分個人資料(包括姓名、電話號碼及電郵地址)作發送挑戰賽或大會其他活動的最新資訊。若閣下不希望收取有關大會的任何資訊，請傳送電郵至gorun@sjs.org.hk 提出要求或致電2831 3232與我們聯絡。

• All participants should ensure the physical fitness for the race.
• The organizer will cover the Insurance of Public Liability only. Participants should be responsible for their own Personal Accident Insurance.
• All participants cannot sell, exchange or transfer bibs and timing chips with other persons.
• The organizer reserves the right to disqualify or exclude any person from the competition who provides incorrect personal information on the enrollment form. No refund of donation will be made.
• The organizer reserves the right to amend the above information. No late entry or on-site registration will be accepted. Enrollment Is not accepted unless payment and enrollment form with signatures are received.
• If Red / Black Rainstorm Signal (If Amber Rainstorm Signal or higher is hoisted, family challenge race will be cancelled) or Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 or higher is hoisted or will be hoisted at or after 6:00A.M. on 11th October 2015, the event will be cancelled. Donation will not be refunded in this case. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event if the weather is considered unsuitable for the race.
• All personal data provided in this form are only used for enrollment, event organization and promotion relating to the programme. The organizer will remain personal data partially (including name, telephone number and email) for sending updated information about the programme or other event information organized by the organizer. 獎項 Awards

個人賽8公里 / 青年個人賽8公里/ 隊制4人賽8公里－冠、亞、季軍、第四和第五名＃
親子2人賽2公里 - 冠、亞、季軍、第四和第五名＃
＃各組別勝出者可獲得獎牌或獎盃獎勵。頒獎典禮將於大部份隊伍完成賽事後開始。所有勝出隊伍必須準時於頒獎台前預備。

「最高籌款獎」冠、亞、季軍＊
＊「最高籌款獎」將於啟動儀式頒發。

領取跑手包	跑手包內有號碼布、計時晶片及行李寄存牌，隊伍請由隊長代表所有隊員領取其跑手包。
行李擺放	大會設有行李寄存，但參賽者須小心看管貴重財物。如有遺失或損失，大會恕不負責。

＃Winners will be awarded a medal or trophy. The prize presenting ceremony will be held after races. Winners should arrive at the podium on time.

Runner’s Pack Collection	Runner's pack contains race bib, timing chip and baggage tag. Team leader should collect runner's pack on behalf of other team members. For collection details, please refer to the runner’s pack collection letter which will be sent by email.
Baggage Storage	Storage area will be provided and participants please take care of your belongings. No liability will be taken for any losses and/or damages.
